Health Care Systems Administration BS
Graduates are trained to hold responsible entry-level management positions in a wide range of health-care settings including hospitals, nursing homes, medical group practices, college health services, emergency centers, medical clinics, and health maintenance organizations. The program is designed to blend business skills with a social understanding that will make graduates more effective as managers and administrators. The curriculum satisfies the academic requirements for entry into graduate school, such as a master's in business, health or public administration. Graduates in Health Care Systems Administration are qualified to sit for state licensure as nursing home administrators.
