Nuclear Medicine Technology BS
Ferris State University now offers an opportunity for certified and/or licensed nuclear medicine technologists to complete a bachelor of science degree in nuclear medicine technology.
Designed with the working technologist in mind, the program combines specialized nuclear medicine technology courses with general education requirements. Specialized courses include advanced instrumentation, advanced imaging, advanced cardiology, research methodology and radiopharmacology. The curriculum consists of seven nuclear medicine courses as well as courses in epidemiology and statistics, supervisory practices, physics, advanced composition, biology, communications, cultural enrichment and social awareness. A faculty member will advise students on the sequence of courses and transfer equivalencies.
