Choosing to complete your master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction through Ferris is a smart move because it gives you the options you need to meet your career goals.

Plan your degree around one of the following specialties :

  • Administrative option is for those seeking educational administrative background in order to qualify for a position as principal, assistant principal or curriculum director. Available in Dowagiac, Flint, Grand Rapids and Traverse City.
  • Special education concentration gives educators the advanced professional development necessary to open several career options as well as providing a foundation to improve their instructional practice. Available in Traverse City.
  • Subject area option allows new teachers to complete their 18-semester-hour planned program and earn a master's degree. It is designed primarily for teachers who want to further develop their teaching skills and competence and to enhance their subject area expertise. Available in Dowagiac, Flint, Grand Rapids and Traverse City.
